A Natural Daily Solution For Relief of Severely Dry, Itchy, Irritated Skin
Name: Ayden Kohlscheen
Birth Date: November 2007
Hometown: Frederick, CO
Use: Management of Eczema Symptoms
Ayden was diagnosed with severe eczema at 6 months of age. His skin was raw and infected at that time, and he was admitted to the hospital for 3 days for staph infection. He was put on antibiotics and was also prescribed Hydroxyzine to help with sleep. He visited a behavioral specialist once a month to help him cope with his eczema.
In October of 2013, while looking at eczema stories on the Internet, we came across Alayna's story. We were so excited that we contacted our local bath store get more information and to see if they had a bath in the showroom that Ayden could try. We ordered a bath, and at the time it was installed, Ayden had a staph infection and had just started a round of antibiotics. We noticed after just 2 days of baths that his skin was already healing and the redness was going away. We were in shock! We knew it was the bath because it usually takes up to seven days of antibiotics before his skin starts to clear.
Ayden is also sleeping better. He is now off the Hydroxyzine and sleeping well through the night. He has been released from his behavioral specialist after just 1 month with the MicroSilk bath. Ayden loves his bath and tells us that it really helps his skin feel better. Whenever he gets itchy, he runs right to his bath!
Update October 2014
Ayden's skin has been more manageable in the last 6 months, than it has been in years. Since we bought the tub, he has had only had one skin infection with one round of antibiotics. Before MicroSilk, he had infection after infection and was constantly on antibiotics. He was on them so much, that some of them stopped working and his doctors had to keep putting him on new antibiotics. MicroSilk makes a difference.
