Remo C. Jacuzzi, Founder. Author.  Inductee to the UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business Hall of Fame.  Mr. J is the only person working in our industry that can claim to have been there at the industry’s beginning and has continually worked to improve hydrotherapy bathing throughout his career which has spanned 50+ years.  He is known for his mantra “Success is in the details”.  You will hear it at nearly every company / departmental / development meeting he attends.  A constant reminder to keep our standards high.

 

Paulo Jacuzzi, CEO.  Technology Early Adopter.  Road Warrior Extraordinaire.  Paulo has recently stepped up to carry the torch of innovation forward for the company.  Notorious for asking new hires to read and review the book “The Four Agreements”.  He strives to live by these life / business tenets:

Engineer.  Data genius.  Remo is infamous for being the last person out the door every night.  His office is near the front door and as you pass by and say goodnight, he waves with his head still down, studying the day’s numbers.  He can quote efficiency stats off the top of his head. He is also that guy that remembers to thank team members for their extra efforts and late nights as they leave for the evening.
