Taking time for yourself is a simple, yet, unused rule if you are anything like me. Make time for yourself at night to relax and do stress-relieving activities, like exercising for 20 minutes, then, creating the ultimate bath experience for 20 minutes. Taking the time to take care of yourself is extremely important for your sanity (and for the people around you :) ).
First, make sure that the bath room is clean and uncluttered, so that when you enter to take your ultimate bath experience you are in a calm and relaxed state. Next, start the bath water with the HOT nozzle all the way up, then add in the COLD water. I like to make it just a little cooler than scalding hot. The bath tub can fill while you are exercising, meditating, yoga, or lifting weights. Next, light candles and place them in a line around the bath tub. These tea lights will light your way to a new attitude.
